My gluten friendly journey began with finding out I am gluten intolerant (might even have celiac, however I haven't investigated). At first, it felt like a daunting challenge, especially for someone who adored all things gluten. However, I've always been one to face adversity with determination and a positive spirit. So, I embarked on a culinary adventure, experimenting with alternative flours and ingredients to recreate the tastes and textures I loved without gluten.

This transformation led to the birth of "The Legal Baker," my very own regular and gluten friendly bakery serving the Airdrie and Calgary area. The name is a nod to my legal background, a profession I still practice along side my love and need for baking.
